A listing is a basic advertising tool for the Establishment.

- 1 Contact Number
- Short Description
- Automatic entry into the "Top Destination Awards"
- The Establishment will receive a Digital Badge and a voting button is added to the listing

- An Enquiry form that will inform the establishment if there is a query made to the advert. From this response the establishment is able to calculate the converstion rate.
- A counter showing how many views the establishment received. The client can measure the enquires, views and successful bookings.
- Choice - The client can place the advert as a Top Advert, Featured Advert, Homepage Gallery Advert, Homepage Footer Advert and a Homepage Banner Advert.
- Pictures -The client can Load 4 Pictures instead of 1 picture.
- Packages - The client can structure the advertising package: Add social media, classifieds or advertorials in the Discount Traveler Digital Magazine - http://www.dttravelermag.com/
- Maps - The Establishment will also have a Google Map showing its exact location, contact details and email. The rates and specials will be under a seperate tab.
- Promotion - The client promotes the advert through a Packaged Deal or Discount.
- Automatic entry into the 'Top Destination Awards" -http://topdestinationawards.com/
- Exposure - Entry into the "Top Destination Awards" gives the establishment a Digital Badge and a Voting Button is placed on his advert.

We are not a booking agency so there are No Commissions or Agent booking fees.
When you have paid for an advertisment there is a generated enquiry form sent to the email you registered. The information on the enquiry form will inform the establishment that a customer wants to make a booking. It's the establishment's responsibility to convert this enquiry into a booking and secure payment. Reports can be provided on the amount of enquiries received and from there a conversion rate can be calculated.

The Establishment runs a promotion with their Free Listing or paid Advertisement to attract travellers to the establishment. A good deal to a traveller will convert the sale.
Discount 15 - 50%
OR
Packaged deal for example: Stay for 1 night and get 1 night free,
OR
A mixture of a Packaged deal and Discount for example: Stay for 1 night and get 30% off the next two nights.

If you choose to travel during a busy season you may find that the discount is restricted based on availability or may not be available every night of your stay. An Establishment's projection for occupancy may change. If you cannot confirm your Discount Traveler discount, you may wish to call back at a time closer to your travel date, or check with other establishments in the area.

Discount Traveler offers the traveller a platform to search for and book Flights, Car Hire and Accommodation. They can also browse for Restaurants, Spa's, Attractions and Wine Estates to visit while on their travels.
We do not make the bookings - The Traveler becomes his own Travel Agent - no agency fees or commission

The rack rate is an accommodation maximum non published rate that all rates are discounted from.
